The unit itself worked great, the speed was enough for 3 people to be using it simultaneously and the battery lasted 8-10 hours on a full charge.

The only problem I had was that the connectors on the battery bank were damaged so it was unusable. Because of that I would recommend having your own battery bank.

We rented two pocket WiFi’s for our two and a half week trip to Japan in March. We had our order delivered to our hotel and it was waiting for us upon arrival in Tokyo. Over the entire rental period, we used our pocket WiFi’s regularly (all day) we have two teenage boys- and never did it run out of battery. If it had have, we had battery packs anyway! We simply posted the devices at Narita Airport upon our return. At all times, communication via email, whilst organizing in Australia beforehand, was prompt, clear and professional.

Great while traveling.

On recent trips I relied on saving off-line maps on my mobile and doing all the research before I leaved the hotel. But with a mobile WiFi you can find information on the spot and it's fast and reliable. I can highly recommend this product.

I go to japan at least once a year and every time I ordered the pocket Wi-Fi through Japan wireless. Service is excellent, very happy with everything. I wish I can get a loyalty discount one day. Haha!
