The pocket Wifi was very important part of our trip and made getting directions, restaurants etc very easy when we visited Japan.

It is all we've spected.

From beginning to end, the rental service was fast & easy. Included with the device was the cord, rechargeable battery & pouch to keep everything together. Easy to read instructions. Always connected. Easy to mail back in pre-paid envelope that was provided by JW. I would highly recommend them. Thank you!

Always used this service, no problems, great instructions and my go to rental when in Japan.....

I was very pleased with the excellent service and communication of Japan Wireless. I would highly recommend them.

Absolutely perfect.
For our 39 days touring Japan holiday for 2 people and 3 devices,
Highly recommended.

This is my third time using Japan wireless. I'm always satisfied great connection and their survice. When I had to extend service, they reply my email very quickly. Only problem is that I have to reset sometimes when I loose service but it's very easy.

All went as promissed
