Great coverage everywhere that I went in Japan. The battery life wasn’t great but they provide a portable battery charger with it so that doesn’t become a problem :)

Easy online booking and payment. Instructions all very clear. Simple collection at Airport on arrival. Unlimited data was great for our group of 6. Sometimes battery didn't last all day because was being used flat out, but with battery pack was not a problem. Easy to post back from Airport on departure. Well recommended for travel in Japan.

Delivery and return very easy. In general, l find Japanese wi fi isn't without drop outs, but the rented unit proved worthwhile.
