Extra battery pack was great. That made all the difference. Good speed even with 3 devices connected.

This is a great product to have while traveling throughout Japan.

Recently went on a tour with my daughter to Japan and I figure I would order 2 of the pocket WiFi and it was the best decision! So many of my group were without WiFi. I felt so lucky to have had this product. It worked well and when fully charged it lasted a good amount of time during the day and it also came with a portable charger! The Price is right and shipping to hotel was so simple. They also include a prepaid postage envelope to ship items back. I truly recommend this Japan Wireless and their products. Japan wireless customer service is also A+. Great company! Thank you!

Definitely worth it to get especially if you will need WiFi to use your phone for navigation. Never had a problem and they are simple to use! If I ever return to Japan will get a WiFi again!

The WiFi signal was strong in all areas. The charge lasted all day and it also came with a spare battery and charger. I would charge the WiFi every night and the next morning it would be fully charged. Japan Wireless service was excellent. They had the package waiting for me at the Narita Airport upon my arrival. Their customer service was outstanding always available to answer any questions. The prices are very competitive. This is the second time I have used them and will continue to use them because I think they are the best.

The SIM was at the post office when I landed in Narita airport. I replaced my SIM and it all worked perfectly during my whole stay in Japan. I will definitely use this service again in the future!
