Thank you to all of the team at Japan wireless for fulfilling our requirements; ready to go when we checked in at our hotel - we connected with no issues - traveled from Tokyo to Miyajima using wireless every day - no lost connection even when using the back roads. Great having access to the extra charge battery - this enabled usage for 14 hours a day with ease.

This is the 3rd time I have used Japan Wireless for my trips to Japan. Each time I have been amazed at how well the process from pre-order to pick-up of the device at the first hotel and then drop off at the last hotel on our trip. The Wi-Fi is easy to set up and use of it throughout our travels makes it easier to stay in contact with people back in Hawaii as well as continue with our usual internet viewing. I loved that my photos taken on my phone were loaded onto the Cloud and onto my iPad and on my Mac at home via the Cloud. Thank you for a great product and service.
