Excellent product, service, and pricing. Easy and clear instructions for use. Very easy pick-up at the Narita or Haneda airport post offices. Very easy return by just placing everything in the return envelope supplied and dropping it off at the same Narita or Haneda airport post office, which allowed me to use it all the way to the airport. Thank you.

Japan Wireless ie very reliable, they always deliver on time. We encountered a problem with the unit we rented, we emailed them about this issue and they replaced the unit the very next day next day. Very efficient.

Awesomenes no issues whatsoever strong signal everywhere

Very simple to use and also easy to receive and return it. I used it in Ishigaki island, far from Honshu, and no problem!

Rented from Japan Wireless for the second time in Japan. The process was super easy. Placed the order, picked up at the airport post office and connected in a minute. I didn't have any issues with the connection. The battery life was really good. Everything was excellent!

We hired premium Wi-Fi for our trip to Japan last year. Not a single problem. We have just hired it again for our return trip in January 2020.

Highly recommend for ease of ordering, service, competitive price and product.

Great equipment!

Everything was excellent! The added external battery is a nice thing to have just in case but the battery life of the pocket wifi is awesome.

Easy to pickup, use and return. WiFi available all day.

Japan Wireless saved my life in japan! Internet is super fast and worked everywhere! Highly recommend it!
