We received our WiFi at our hotel room & dropped it off in the lobby as we left Japan. Service as promised! Couldn’t be any easier and more convenient for a very reasonable price!

It's easy to use -- really, you just turn it on and connect as if it's a normal wifi device. the device we received was small and easy to carry. Kept it in my pocket all trip and there was no chance for damage or loss of the item.

We had a very good experience with this pocket WiFi. Very reliable.

OH ALSO, I accidentally ordered it to the wrong airport. I emailed the company and they responded ASAP stating they would drop it off to my hostel by 11pm that night.

The wifi signal was excellent - we traveled all over Japan. Also the battery life was very good. We would sometimes spend all day out and almost never had to use the additional battery. Both charge quiviif needed. Getting the device and shipping it out was easy. Customer support was also excellent. Had no complaints, which is not common for me.

I am so happy I used this company. It was an easy process and very convenient. I ordered it before leaving US and it was at our hotel in Japan when we got there. Instructions on how to use it was very easy and clear. Connection was fast and strong. Very happy with the service. Would use them again the next time I go back to Japan!

Simple to use, easy to return. The pocket wifi is very useful if you need gps, find point of interest anywhere in japan.
