Worked flawlessy xxx

Easy to order and arrived at hotel. Solid WIFI router and extra battery. Loved the unlimited connection. Easy to return.

Very good service, easy to use, and convenient delivery and return service.

Once again Japan Wireless delivered great service. The only issue was when we received the unit it wasn’t totally charged which caused us to carry the charger around for the first day’s usage. Other than that very satisfied.

Everything worked as expected--the WIFI router worked perfectly (definitely the easiest way to keep all my family's devices connected). Pick-up was smooth (once I found the right kiosk), and the mail-based drop-off was easy.

Worked well! I Can recommend it.
