Wi-Fi machine is very reliable and on time delivery to hotel.

Easy process and good product.

We used our wireless box throughout pour stay in Japan, picked up from Tokyo airport and dropped back in Osaka. Was so easy to use and very useful when out and about in Japan. The signal was great we never lost Wi-fi even on subways and when we visited Mount Fuji. Would recommended for anyone visiting Japan much easier than swapping sim cards just used my own phone and sim the entire trip. Came with a power bank which was also useful as the power did run out but this was only on long days out of the hotel on trips.

Easy to order, pick-up and return. For my roaming in Japan perfect. The only slight problem is to realize that battery is gone and to recharge with the attached extra battery. This seem logical after you figure it out. Thank you!
