Very easy and reliable service. The device was delivered to our hotel and we were given a pre-paid envelope to return it in, which we just posted at Narita Airport. The device's battery lasted nearly the whole day and when it didn't we just used the power pack which the company provides you with. The wi-fi was excellent.

I rented this last minute and still got a fair price for it. The device had good signal the entire trip. Its battery lasts long, I didn’t need to use the powerbank that was included free with the rental. I definitely recommend!
