Never lost signal all around japan. The battery is very useful. Worked great. Very easy to give back throug mail

Perfect service

It is a portable wifi true to its name. Worked great for me on my trip.

No problems to connect, It works ad expected.
We had some doubts in how ti activate, but then was easy

Would rent again in a heartbeat if coming to Japan. Worked perfectly - was fast, reliable and battery lasted the whole day every day.

My husband and I were able to get around Tokyo, Hakone, and Kawaguchiko for about a week using one of these handy devices. The battery would go out after about 8 hr, but we connected it to a power pack after that, and all was good! The speed of our internet browsing, Pokémon playing, Google mapping, etc. were great! Highly recommend!

Easy to place order. Fairly convenient to pick up and drop off at the airport, though we had to ask for directions a few times. Device worked well. One recharge per day was enough. Overall, was a good experience and would recommend Japan Wireless pocket wifi.

We are in the middle of a 30-day rental of this product and so far so good. It has been so great to have high-speed wireless internet to share between us anywhere we go in Japan. Highly recommend that you use Japan Wireless for your hotspot needs! We will use them again for sure.
