Fue muy fácil de usar y no tuve ningún problema con la conexión (4 dispositivos durante 15 días).
Además, venía con una batería extra, lo que me permitió poder usarlo durante todo el dia.
El regreso también fue muy sencillo, ya que venía con el sobre prepagado.

Japan wireless is a must to have internet and maps 24 hours a day. helped us a few times to find our way or train schedules. Highly recommend

It would have been impossible travel around Tokyo without it! Great idea and perfect organization to get the WiFi and send it back.

Very easy to use and can use it to charge portable electronic devices. Used it mainly for google maps for the JR and metro lines.

Hired this and was invaluable on our travels. Well worth having and came with a power pack and charger but charge lasted all day anyway and the speed was good too - much bettered than we get on our rural broadband in the uk

So glad we got this portable wifi device. We were able to connect to 3 smartphones easily and signal strength that we got was very impressive through our trip covering Tokyo, Kyoto and Nara. Speed of downloads was also excellent. With 3 phones using the wifi throughout the day, on a full charge, the wifi box easily lasted over 8 hrs without charging. The package we ordered included a backup battery as well, but that battery we also used to charge our phones. Highly recommend this product to rent.

It was an amazing one. The wifi was fast and good. The only issue is that the battery drains too fast so it was a bit of an issue but it was an okay experience.

The wifi was pretty fast in most places, there were certain pockets where speed would drop down but overall nothing to complain about. The charging cable seemed to only charge sometimes, which was strange, but overall great experience!

I used this for two weeks all over Japan. It worked perfectly, even out of main cities. Small and lightweight to carry everyday. Battery usually lasted all day. Super easy to use, no complicated set up necessary. Easy to retrieve and return. Amazing value, much better than a phone plan. We used up to five devices at once (phones, iPad, laptops) and connection was always great. I wish I had this service everywhere in the world. Highly recommend Japan Wireless as a reliable and cost-effective provider. I will use again if I'm back in Japan!

The battery would often die before the day ended. Was annoying to carry an extra battery around, but I appreciate that they provide one. Otherwise the wifi quality was good and worked in pretty much every area in Japan.
