Awesome service, quick reply, great wifi. A+++++

The renting process is fairly easy. There are also step by step process to the booth to pick up the device.

Amazing purchase

Rented the wi-fi device online for 5 days. Picked it up at Arrivals with ease and mailed it back with the supplied envelope. Follow the simple instructions and all good. No problems with wi-fi dropping out. Highly recommend Japan Wireless to any tourist.

Absolutely the best thing you can choose when you want to be always connected and rely in a good service.

Delivered on time to my hotel. Speed was super fast almost everywhere I went in Osaka, Nagoya, and Toyota City area. Price is very fair!
