Works well for a family of 5

Easy to book and communication has been great.. everything has been pre booked for our arrival.

With 2 kids and 3 adult, the only issue was some days the battery did not last all day but an extra battery pack included help a lot

Had good coverage while traveling in Aomori, Hakodate and of course in Tokyo! Battery lasted the whole day and never needed to charge it with the battery pack they provided. Would definitely rent from them again!

Ordered online & had it delivered to our hotel. It was very easy to set up & had good battery power. Return was easy with the envelope provided. Will use again next time we are in Japan
