Easy pick up and return.

I have rented WiFi for the past 2 trips to Japan and I’m visiting again in this fall. On my list of things to do before traveling, order WiFi. It’s been quite the life saver. Thanks

There were a few places in which I had none or weak signal, but it covers most cities.

Was connected throughout our trip in Japan!! Would reserve through Japan Wireless again.

Very good service and better device

Overall, I was satisfied with this device, and found it quite useful. One complaint is that the extra battery did not hold much charge. Please test batteries before releasing them to customers.

Great wifi package delivered right on time to our hotel. Worked well throughout our trip. Would definitely use again.

Seamless experience from beginning to end.

Very easy and fast ordering process

this is a MUST in all travels!
