Everything was perfect

Great service and very easy to setup and use. The carrier provides good 5G connectivity.

Very reliable when I am in Japan.

Travelled for a month in Japan with a wireless dongle from Japan WIFI. Did not want an eSIM as had a few devices. Ordered online and picked up at airport so we had instant wifi after a seamless activation that took literally 2mins. Immediately had wifi to be able to start our journey on Google maps to Tokyo. Did not have one issue during our whole time in Japan. Came with a small extra battery to use if needed as well. Hardly used the extra battery. Everything was so compact. At end of our stay simply packaged in supplied postal bag and popped in postbox at airport. Two days later received email stating returned item received. Excellent service. Never an issue with download speeds or running out of data or not working even in the mountains! So happy we chose this instead of eSIM which I have used before and definitely had their issues. Good overall. Lost connection a couple times but was able to restart.

I picked it up at the airport. Used it all the 14 days I was in Japan. Never had a problem and returned it at the airport (mailbox). I’ll do it again when I go back to Japan, no doubt!!

We really appreciated this pocket Wifi in our travels throughout central and northern Japan. Reliable, strong signal kept us connected to google maps and google translate, search engines throughout our trip helping make traveling worry-free. We had 2-4 devices connected to it most of the day and data not throttled. Small and light pocket WiFi with a battery backup that was much appreciated.
Delivered to our hotel and easy to drop in the mailbox before flying home. Excellent communication with Japan Wireless.
We will definitely use Japan Wireless on our next trip to Japan.
