I didn’t quite know why the kit comes with a battery bank until one day i left it in hotel. Then I ran out off battery with the pocket WiFi in the early afternoon and my regular battery bank for my phone not working with the pocket WiFi. Highly recommend to bring the battery with you if you plan to stay outside for over 5 houra. Other than that, it’s very helpful and convenient.

Our pocket WiFi worked well throughout our stay. It was very helpful that they provided a portable charger as well. Additionally, you are able to pick up and drop off at the NRT airport post office.

I was very happy with how the order was processed. Customer service was very efficient and responded to my queries in a timely manner.
The WiFi unit was also in excellent condition and worked well during our trip. I will definitely use this product and Japan wireless as provider again.

Easy to use and convenient

Everything was great - from pricing, ordering to sending them back. So simple and easy. Although they come with free chargers, I wish they held their power longer. They also tended to heat up while in use/charging. Still a great deal, though!

I rent 3 times this device and it's perfect when traveling in Japan. Easy to use et convenient.

Handy, and must have going around Japan.
