We used this service for a family of 5 during a week visit to Tokyo. The overall experience was very pleasant - everything went exactly as described in the website. We did our research ahead of time and everything went smoothly. Don't get me wrong, the whole point of excellent service for something like this is that there should be no hassles, surprises or issues for a Wi-Fi egg, which is what we got. Good network speed throughout Tokyo despite pretty heavy usage. Would definitely use this service again on the next trip!

Perfetto velocissimo mai perso la connessione

Flew into Japan and picked this pocket WiFi up. Service was flawless my entire trip. Battery drains fast but they provide an external battery. Very happy with this rental.

It was great!

Fantastic service. Thank you.

During my week long trek from Tokyo to Hiroshima I was always connected. Even hiking Mount Misen in Miyajima I could search anything from what to eat to what other sites to see. I was weary to using a pocket Wi-Fi device, but the ease of use and price point (especially sharing with a group) is unbeatable. Will be using this when visiting Japan onward!

Solid

We rented the Japan Wireless Premium Wifi for 14 days, landed in Osaka, picked up the mobile wifi at the airport, off to Kyoto, on to Tokyo, then to Mt. Fuji and back to Kyoto. Had great wifi access the entire trip - fast and reliable. Perfect way to travel and stay connected. Highly recommend.

RENTED THIS DEVICED IT WORKED GREAT FOR ALL OF OUR NEEDS AND WELL WORTH THE MONEY SPENT ON IT. I WOULD DEFFINETLY RENT IT AGAIN IF I WAS TO RETURN ON VACATION. GREAT SERVICE GREAT PEOPLE

If you are traveling to Japan, I cannot recommend this highly enough. My wife and I traveled between Yokohama, Tokyo, Mt Fuji, Osaka, and Hiroshima and this wonderful product kept us connected to the internet and our family and friends. Thanks Japan Wireless for an amazing product!!
