No problem with the sim. I would def order again

I am so happy we decided to get this Pocket Wi-Fi. It was so useful during the trip to be able to look up everything on our phones with Wi-Fi access. We were able to look up all the subway routes and find restaurants and things to do on the go. We would highly recommend it.

Worked flawlessly, always had connection, used as a mobile hotspot for 2 other people with no issues. I loved that it wasn't an extra item I needed to take care of (say, charging or carrying) and I didn't need to return anything! Fantastic option.
