It was very useful. it came in very handy when we needed it which was like 99%of the time

Purchased Japan Wireless esim for a vacation trip. Used it mostly in Tokyo-Osaka-Kyoto area. Setup was pretty straightforward, no issues. Service was great, connection speed excellent (used in LTE phone). No complaints. Overall experience is great!

Second time using Japan Wireless hotspot during visit to Japan. Flawless service, ran hotspot 14-16 hours per day, recharge once maybe twice. Office applications require high bandwidth and overhead, never an issue. Highly recommend Japan Wireless Premium WiFi

Very handy on our trip in Japan!

Excellent network quality.
Easy to set up. Very practical device, with a very good rechargeable battery when needed. I recommend it to every friend who mentions going to Japan.

Very smooth process of application, getting the device and depositing it. I will be using this service again.
Thanks a lot.

Have been using it for years… Hassle free be it collection or return. The network is reliable but at times may need to restart device to refresh the network (not an inconvenience as the restart is relatively fast). Highly recommended if you don’t like to change SIM card or use esim.

Never a problem, connectivity in every area

Worked like a charm .super easy ordering and returning .

Great reception
Great service
