Worked well throughout our stay, easy to use and carry Company also extended our rental without charge when our flight home was delayed. Overall excellent

We were very satisfied, everything worked very well!

Great service. Fully satisfied.

Everything worked perfectly!

Great value, easy to use. Works everywhere. Unlimited data. Japanese wireless were excellent. Device was waiting in the hotel on my arrival. Returning was easy, just pop in the nearest postbox.

We got 5 days for free during the typhoon. Very good customer service! Excellent processing.

Great piece of kit, essential for a visit to Japan, if you want to stay connected. Brilliant service and VERY easy to use.

Great service by Japan Wireless wifi. Never had a problem with my connection for my 13 days stay. And fully unlimited. I didn't even ever checked how much data I used. I've compared with other providers as well, but I ended choosing Japan Wireless. Like the old saying: got price, got quality. They're maybe just a slight more Yen than the others, but you wont regret it!
Also a very much thank you that you waived my extension fee of usage because my flight got cancelled in the effect of the typhoon Hagibis so I had to stay in Tokyo for another 3 days. Truly recommended for anyone visiting Japan and looking to stay connected.

IVery useful. Efficient delivery and collection. Good service

Perfect!
