It was very good for us during our stay in Japan. More than two times it was important not to be lost in Tokio.

Good connection and autonomy. Easy to carry. Very practical prod ut

Davvero super efficiente

Everything deliver and work as expected. Many thanks

If you are a traveller this item is all you need!

Shipped at the right time and place, easy to use, good download and network coverage. I can recommend the product.

I am very satisfied for the product and service. And will definitely choose japan wireless for my next visit to japan. Just one issue is japan wireless does not provide 24hour or emergency contact for emergency case. But overall I’m very satisfied. Thank you and keep it up

Excellent service and easy to use. Thank you very much!!!

Pick up and drop off process was easy and the system worked really well as we traveled around Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka and Hiroshima. Our phones would sometime get stuck with general direction we were facing, which never happens back home, but that was a small issue. Overall everything went as well as we could have hoped.
