Arrived on time, great company, worked hard. Never let me down and was always there when needed.

The WiFi package was waiting at our hotel for us when we arrived. There was 3 of us using the device at once and it was just brilliant. Would highly recommend to anyone travelling from overseas to Japan. It had a really long battery life. We didn't have to use the battery pack once to recharge. It did come in handy to charge our phones though ;)
The internet speed was really fast too. We used Google maps EVERY time we left our hotel. There was no drop out at all.
Excellent value for money. Drop off was really simple too. There is a post/drop box right at the international departure gate to send the device back. Would definitely use again!! Thank you!!

We ordered the pocket wifi online before arriving in Japan. It was delivered and waiting at our nominated hotel apon arrival. Simply switch on, connect. Worked everywhere in Japan. Could not have been any easier.

Fantastic service, easy to collect and came with a portable charger and plug, which have been super handy. We have experienced some random connectivity issues but all have fixed themselves shortly. It lasts about 9-12 hours and charged quickly.

The pick up and drop off was easy and the device worked as promised. No hitch whatsoever. Highly recommended!

Internet was never slow, pick up and drop off was very easy. Battery did run out but we brought our own power banks that worked perfectly. Cheaper than other alternatives and would use again!

This worked wherever I was in Japan. A very useful piece of technology.
