Japan Wireless has been great every time I order a wifi. They deliver to my hotel before I arrive, the pocket wifi has always been reliable and lasts a full day, and they make it very easy to return. Great company!

I didn’t get to use it because i missed the pickup window, but they fully refunded me since I didn’t use the device. It’s a great service.

I have used you pocket wi-fi service on several occasions and have been extremely pleased with the service. I did give it 5 stars, but must admit that the battery life for the pocket wi-fi this time was not as long as previous uses. I would need to recharge more frequently.
