I was really nervous since this was my first time out of the US and I’ve never used this device before. It was very simple, reasonable price and internet faster than my xfinity high speed internet

Great service picked up 2 x wifi hotspots at Haneda airport , all contents provided as advertised
10 days always connected to Internet , great reception
Used powerbanks a couple of times
Would recommend
Advice If you are getting 2 hotspots make sure you ask for an extra envelope as one does not fit into the post box at the airport , we really struggled to fit it in even after flattening it
Overall great service and questions answered promptly by Japan Wireless staff
Only got about 10 to 15Mbs in Tokyo but this is sufficient for email and surfing

As in before, we rely much in mobile wifi to get where we want to go during our vacation as well as for translation app, googling a place or st traction and for social media. Japan wirless did its job and do not disappoint us.

Great way to access the internet anywhere! There were only a couple spots that I lost a signal.

No further comments except saying everything run perfectly

The wifi connection was always great. The only part that didn't always work is the charger block. It seems quite old and should be replaced.

Incredibly easy to sign up for and return. The mobile hotspot was convenient to carry around Tokyo, even worked in Kyoto. Good alternative to buying a SIM card, though a little more expensive.

Very easy to use! Easy to understand, take with you and charge!

It was easy to pickup and drop off. WiFi was fast, unlimited, and can be used anywhere!

This is fantastic!! Very quick to respond. Reliable
