The entire process from ordering to using the device was nice. Even sending it back was very easy to do. Didn’t have any issues during the 2 weeks so I recommend this to all.

WiFi très performant, rapide partout même en campagne
Autonomie très bonne et la batterie portable est bien pratique pour les longues journées

The booking process is swift and clear. Reviews online have good ratings!
Looking forward to a great trip to Osaka Japan.

This product was excellent product accessing the internet via WiFi
You really need this for your trip

First time using this product and it was simplicity as it should be.
I’ve been to Japan numerous times over the past few years and never bothered with a translation device but on this occasion having a dinner engagement almost immediately after arrival I decided to use the pocket translator rather than rely on my limited Japanese skills knowing I’d be a little on the tired side.
Was I glad I did as the pocket translator allowed me to relax and enjoy the night. Would use again and would recommend

We loved it! It worked perfectly for our trip to Tokyo!

Great! Easy to use. Reliable. Very fast email communication. Will use it again. Thanks!

It was delivered on time and it works perfectly during all my stay in Japan. It rans super fast and had reception all the time.

From pickup to drop off, everything was easy and convenient! We were able to connect 2 phones on the Wifi and the quality was good.

Great WiFi and very easy to set up and use.
