If I could have this is every Country I visit it would be sooooo easy to get around!The battery lasted surprisingly long and came with a power bank as well!

The device arrived one day earlier than the starting day and it came with all the usual accessories including a little pouch, plus an external charger as a bonus. The upload/download speed was as promised and was very good throughout the 3 weeks I was renting the router. My trip was extended by one week while I was in Japan so I had to extend the rental period by one week as well. No problem there! Overall I was very pleased by the device and the customer service.

Plain and simple. Great service and product. I had it with me all the time for 21 days when I traveled all over japan! The battery lasted me all day most days. One day I forgot to charge it and had it down to 3% and still helped me navigate japan. Highly recommend!

Our hub worked perfectly. They delivered to our hotel and easy return in Tokyo!

Ordering this was so simple. Choose the dates, put in the address for my hotel, fly 18 hours, check into hotel, and the package was there waiting for me. Easy to set up. Really convenient. Wasn’t a bother to carry around as we had small backpacks with us. To return, we placed the pocket wifi, along with the charger, cord and case it came with, into the prepaid mailing envelope and dropped it off in a mailbox on our way back to the airport. Mailboxes are easy to spot - my husband said the symbol looked like a Tesla logo.

My only qualm was that the wifi was at times spotty. Not sure if this was because of our location but I would definitely say it worked most of the time. Would only be spotty for a few minutes. Honestly wasn’t ever really an inconvenience.

Company was easy to deal with. Communication was clear. I would rent a pocket wifi from them again!

Good, reliable connection but we just needed to turn it on every so often. It seems it automatically turns off on its own.

Super fast, worked everywhere from Osaka to Niseko no dramas at all. Definitely recommend!
