Japan Wireless was great. First I sent their customer support group and email to ensure I could pickup my device in Tokyo as we transferred through to Sapporo. Not only they did so promptly and we a very specific answer which as very helpful. Picked up,the device and it is great . Along with the discount they gave and the battery pack I love everything about them.

Tres facile a commander. Site bien expliqué. Dommage qu il n y a pas une version francaise

Worked great without any problems.

Everything was perfect and eaay

Wonderful! Practical, userfriendy and extremely useful!!!

Absolutely amazing. Never let us down.

Highly recommended for any Japan travellers. Very honest company and was a pleasure to work with. Thank you.

I ordered the 30 day sim as it was the more affordable option. The data connection was great wherever I’ve been (quite a spread of places on Honshu so far including mountains).

The customer service has been excellent - my sim didn’t arrive at the airport in time so they sent directly to my hotel the same day and were very responsive on emails with queries.

I am continuing my trip in Japan and ordering another 30 day sim as it’s been great!

Good value and good quality services throughout our journey in Japan.

This is an excellent wifi service. Very easy to rent and give back
