Ottimo servizio, pratico tempo perfetti

I’ve rented this pocket WiFi on 3 separate trips, 2019. 2023, and most recent, December 2025, 2 weeks each time. It’s never failed me once. Great value, 2 people connected to it, never failed. Whole day with a full charge. Taken it to Kyoto, Osaka, Tokyo. 100% best value for your money.

Very reliable and excellent Pocket WiFi device. Worked seamlessly and coverage was 100% everywhere we visited. Japan Wireless provided outstanding customer service. Best decision i made for my visit/vacation to Tokyo.

Excellent way to have WiFi in Japan. The only drawback was when traveling with two people they needed to stay together.

excellent very useful ! great connectivity across all over Japan , we travelled to Tokyo , Osaka , Kyoto , Nara , Arashiyama , Maihama etc the connectivity was excellent all across including trains and buses

Did not have any problems it worked very well

100% uptime as long as you're within a city or road/rail. This was my 2nd time; my first time being a 2+ month long plan. Assuming you're not in front of your phone/tablet/whatever that uses wifi non-stop, can stay strong for 12+ hours.

I ordered a pocket wifi moments before I boarded my flight to Japan. The order was accepted and prepared for me when I arrived. I was given the portable wifi device and spare battery pack in a zip up pouch. I used the device for 8 days and always had internet and hardly had to use the battery charger. It held great charge. I highly recommend using if you are travelling and dont want an E sim. A pre paid envelope was given to put in post box to return. So easy to use.
