Good wireless internet

The attendants at the airport were very nice and polite. It was very easy, simple and fast to pick up and return the router. The internet was in general fast, sometimes in more distant places it would slow down a bit, but nothing big. The battery would last practically the whole day and if we needed, we used the extra battery they send with it and it was great!

I always use Japan Wireless when I am in Japan and could not be happier with the service and product. Super fast internet and easy pick-up/return.

As it says on their webpage, unlimited data and fast connection. Signing up and renting the device was very easy and quick. Returning it is even easier. All the instructions are clearly explained and i had no trouble throughout my stay in Tokyo.

Price was great, connectivity was good and battery life was very good. Router was delivered to my hotel prior to check in. No issues with returning via japan post mailbox

It is working perfectly, the battery is ready for a day of use. The internet is fast. I recommend it.

I am so glad we rented this pocket wifi from Japan Wireless. I looked at other companies and reviews and theirs seemed the best. It was so easy to find and pick up at Narita Airport, use, and then drop back off. It worked great the entirely of the trip and the speed we chose- Premium worked great for two us on the device. So helpful! Thank you! When I come back to Japan, I will definitely choose Japan Wireless again!

We moved a lot and we had absolutely 0 issue with the device. Always connected always getting data. It was a handfull and necessary thing to have and it was so perfect. Thank you.
