We found the SIM card for 31 days to be perfect for what we needed. Our family of 7 travelling across Japan had excellent WiFi cover over most areas of Japan. Even in some remote regional locations the coverage was good.

I rate this product as very good.

Pickup at Haneda Airport was quick and easy, the WiFi worked perfectly fine during my stay and was very fast as well. Return by drop-off in a Postbox was very convenient. Will book again next time!

Excelent coverage and bandwith for two smartphones at the same time. It covered all our needs.

We are amazed with the prompt delivery and the performance of the pocket wifi. No issues in logging in and it is very easy to use.

Easy use and battery lasted the whole day without issues - never tested without an overnight charge. The day long battery capacity makes this preferred option above an extra smartphone with hotspot on.

This pocket Wifi is a must have when you are in Japan or Tokyo.
It is light , compact and and works perfectly. I have not checked in detail, but I think it is among the cheapest rental solution for Wifi.

first time from the USA and this helped us stay connected while abroad! it allowed me to use imessage, google maps and other services while traveling. i put it in my backpack and it lasted all day! we were also happy that it worked underground on the subway! perfect and a must have for any traveler! it didnt allow me to make calls but it would do facetime or audio calls from google duo.

I've used Japan Wireless a few times now and it has been convenient and easy. I will say that their map to show the pickup location at Haneda was not as clear as I would have liked, but otherwise the process was smooth and easy.
