The router works perfectly everyday and everywhere. I will choose this option again in a next visit to Japan.

It worked fast and anywhere.

Perfect wifi for walking in the city

Excellent coverage throughout our trip in multiple locations

Good device. Very useful. Customer service is promptly responsive to emails.

Great source of wifi for foreigners !

very convenient, easy to use, and easy to understand! suited our needs (two phones, but one phone used the most for navigating)

Ordered online from US prior to arrival. On arrival at Haneda, pick up was seamless. Instructions were easy to follow and hotspot worked very well for the majority of the trip. Drop off was super easy--just drop off at any red mailbox. I dropped off at the airport. Overall great experience and would do again.

Pick up at the airport was quick and seamless. WiFi was simple to set up and reliable on my travels. Used it pretty much all day and the battery lasted. Websites loaded quickly and the connection was reliable. Will definitely be using Japan Wireless again on my next trip.

This is my third visit to japan and third time using japan wirless service highly recommended better than esim and faster
