I was traveling for 2,5 weeks in Japan. This is a fantastic option that works always well around Japan !!

It was easy to use and gave us reliable Internet access

The device was at our hotel when we arrived as arranged, it was very easy to set up which the reception staff helped us with.
Worked perfectly the whole trip, only neg was we needed another charging cord to charge both the device and battery pack as couldn’t charge both at same time over night at our hotels and charging was slow.
Would definitely use again l!

Very good and easy to use!

I ordered this a few days before I arrive and picked up from the airport. The whole process including the order, pickup, installation, internet speed and coverage was flawless.

Very good product, compatibility with smartphone which is not on the list. Good connection in Tokyo, Kyoto, Kyushu and on the trails of the Kumano. Cheap and convenient, easy pick up, recommended.

Very convenient. Received upon arrival at the hotel. Coverage covers other cities as well .

This Pocket WiFi is an exellence tools of WiFi communicates for our phones from USA and still able to use during our vacation in Japan on Data only. No Voice . I would highly recommended . Thank You

So thankful for uninterrupted fast wifi for my trip in Japan. Perfect for logging onto maps and seeking directions out and about. Highly recommend as a ‘Must Have’ when travelling around Japan.

I ordered this product during my first trip to Japan. The price was reasonable and they delivered to my hotel. The battery lasted all day and I had plenty of bandwidth in Tokyo and Kyoto. Highly recommend!
