we were in Japan for two weeks. The pocket wifi is very useful no matter where we went - connectivity were good and speed was good enough. As we arrived at airport late in the evening so we had the pocket wifi delivered to our hotel - very convenient service. The return process is simple - just drop into a post mailbox or handover to an employee at a post office. I highly recommend Japan Wireless for pocket wifi rental.

Highly recommend, made traveling throughoutJapan so easy. Well priced, reliable connection, so easy to use. Delivered on the day we ordered, overall very seamless and easy process

Fast, reliable, and wide coverage

No hassle pick up and drop off. Had great reception and service as I traveled through Japan (Tokyo, Kyoto, Nagano, Osaka, and anywhere in between). Connected multiple devices and all worked great.

Excellent portable WIFI so far, no blind spots at all during the trip from Tokyo-Hiroshima. Satisfied with Japan Wireless 👍👍

Booked to have unit delivered to hotel. Was connected to secure internet once we settle and good to be able to let family know we arrived safe.
