I used Japan Wireless premium wifi for about 3 weeks after moving to my new home. The router was easy to set up, and the return process was smooth. I also appreciated that I could rent the wifi for exactly the number of days I needed it. I would recommend this service for anyone else who has to contend with the time gap between their old home internet being cut and their new home network getting installed.

Such an amazing product that made my trip in Japan much more easier. Would definitely get again

My Japan Wireless mobile Wi-Fi was the ideal solution to my communication needs whilst on holiday in Japan. The pack was waiting for me at my first hotel and was easy to set up. There were no concerns about lack of signal, even in some remote areas, and I was able to use Google Maps and TripAdvisor easily to get to where I needed to be. My friend was also able to use the Wi-Fi and the unlimited data plan meant no worries about sending WhatApp photos back to my friends and family. Highly recommended!

I ordered this after I realised my Japan sim card had expired! I ordered and it was delivered to my hotel the same day! The wifi worked great and had no issues with two of us using the device no matter where we were.

Great device, worked perfectly during our stay in Tokyo. The translator gadget was also super helpful.

Extremely beneficial throughout our visit to Japan over 2 weeks and never had any connection problems

Process to order was simple. Would order a wifi router again. Only request would be to receive an email receipt as confirmation.

Great experience. nothing went wrong it allowed us to properly organize and enjoy our amazing trip in Japan!

you need google for everything, and japan wireless works everywhere flawless
we visited from Hiroshima to Aomori and the internet was great.

I spent 10 days in Japan and enjoyed this facility. Thanks, Japan! Everything went perfectly starting with the way to take possession and return it.
