This is the second time I availed their portable wifi and it never fails to provide excellent service. I’ve been to Nagoya, Osaka and Tokyo, and coverage was great. I didn’t have any trouble connecting during my travel.

Simple, easy and quick to register and pick up. Clear instructions on how to use the device, comes with all the utility you need, and an enveloppe for return. Will use again in the future.

This device was a lifesaver throughout the whole trip - from sleecing which train/bus to take to finding restaurants. Couldn't have had the same trip without it

Easy to use. Battery last the whole day. Fast internet speed.
It helps a lot. I highly recommend this device. Love it 😊

Used this on my trip to Tokyo and it worked amazing! The battery life was great and with the portable charger included I was able to use it from sunrise to sunset no problem and it worked wherever I went with no issues.

heel klant vriendelijk en snel

their internet service is extremely reliable. I have been ordering from japan-wireless since 2014 and they never disappointed me, not once.

No issues with wifi connection. Could connect multiple devices simultaneously without lag.

Delivery and return were effortless and v easy and the WiFi worked everywhere we went.
