We visit Japan twice a year to visit family and always order a pocket wifi for remaining connected to the internet whilst out and about (route finding / messaging family etc). Just what we needed for our 2 weeks in Japan. Good service pretty much everywhere except for in Disneyland. Other than that, worked well with 2 ppl on.

This pocket WiFi was perfect for our travels. Allowed us to use our phones as we normally would without international service fees. At full charge it would last us majority of the day, but came with a portable charger and cord in case you needed to charge it on the go. A must have if you are traveling to another country!

So convenient. Highly recommended

The power lasted the whole day. I didn't even have to bring the power bank when I went out. Signal was strong and connection fast enough for the three devices I was using. Will rent again when I go back to Japan.

Excellent and convenient service for delivery to hotel for pick up and return process was easy by just dropping off pocket wifi at the airport post box. Easy to connect and had no connection through out Osaka, Nagoya and Nara.
