Great efficient service and an absolute must have while travelling around in Japan.

We where so pleased with the service and ease of receiving/retuning and use of our portable WiFi. I highly recommend this company.
We had the WiFi delivered to us at our accommodation.
It was easy to set up. The charge on the device lasted all day.
They supplied a return paid envelope and we where able to drop it in the mail box at the airport on our departure. Thank you for the great service, it made our trip much more enjoyable.

i cant live without it

Used for study in zoom classes, conferences, and general usage such as instagram, etc. The connection was always good, didn't have a single problem with it.

It would be nice if the device had a notification when battery is about to die...

Super easy, user friendly!

Perfect and ease use.

The pocket wifi made my entire stay in Japan easy. Google map helped me navigate around Japan and with this pocket wifi, I was able to access the app with no issues. Internet speed is averaging 43-50 mbps.

It was delivered conveniently to my first hotel and I simply dropped the pouch at the post box at the airport before my flight.

Battery can last for 12 hours and I never had to use the power bank that comes along with it

I will definitely avail of this service again when I come back.
