Very convenient from pick up to return.

An absolute life saver when visiting Japan, I rented one 10 years ago the first time I visited and did the same again this time because of how easy it was.
It was delivered to my hotel, and it was a really easy process to post it back on the last day of my stay.
I was staying in Okinawa so it wasn't sent with the battery pack, but this was explained to me in advance.
Excellent customer service 😊

So easy to trawel in Japan with Premium wifi.

Simple efficace personnel courtois.

Super simple to order and return. Never had any issues with it. I'll continue to purchase this service every time I visit Japan.

Great service, easy to pick up and drop off

I was in the mountains in Nikko, Japan and had signal. A little pricy, but reliable.

Competitive pricing, easy pick up and drop off, great value.
