Showed up on time, easy to return, worked better than our eSims.

This pocket wifi haf great coverage, connected reliably, and really was fast and unlimited. We had access to Verizon international coverage with our cell plan, but it was unreliable and costly for data. This device easily covered for our carrier's shortcomings.

I was traveling internationally and my cell service was spotty at best. I needed a way to keep in contact with friends and family while traveling abroad. Japan Wireless was exactly what I needed. The hot spot was delivered to my hotel and I used the pre addressed label

Very easy to use. Good connection at reasonable price. Whenever there was connection problem, simply reset the pocket wifi. Will use it again!

I recommend useing this servers if you are traveling in japan.

This was excellent, so glad I got it. Had coverage everywhere we went in Japan. Picked up at my hotel and I dropped off at mailbox near hotel in envelope that was provided. Price was reasonable, service excellent. Highly recommended.
