Consistent high speed. Convenient pick up and drop off. Highly recommended

Was in a trip with my daughter. Very easy to pick up, worked all across Japan, and easy drop off. If was very nice knowing we had great cell/wifi coverage throughout our trip. Never had a problem getting wifi whether it was around Tokyo, Osaka or Hiroshima. Totally recommend!!!

Pickup was easy at the airport. And the WiFi worked great throughout our visit to Japan. Returning the WiFi device was also very easy with the provided envelope — we just dropped it in a postbox at the airport before we went through security.

Japan wireless delivered the mobile wifi to my hotel and came thoughtfully packaged with extra battery, usb cable, and plug for charging and a nice carrying bad. It also came with return envelope for easy return in mailbox at airport. Great experience.

Everything worked with no problem. From the pick up at Haneda. To the ease of working. (And yes, it worked 100% of the time flawlessly for 2 phones and an iPad). And dropping it off at the Haneda airport post box was very easy.

We used japan wireless on our recent Japan trip and it didn't dissapoint us. Connectivity is fast and reliable. I will definitely get one again on our next Japan trip

Renting the Wi-Fi was very simple! The Wi-Fi was ready when we got to our hotel. It was reliable and provided me and my family with great coverage. Returning the device was easy as well.
