very helpful during our stay in Japan.

The wireless never failed and the battery life is great. Turned it on in the morning and come being there is still like half battery life left. Great service in ordered and having at hotel when needed by.

The whole experience from ordering and pick up were very simple.
The instructions were very clear and I set my phone up in minutes .
The battery lasted all day,but there is a backup battery if needed .
Always a strong signal.

I always depend on Japan Wireless. Consistent, always ready, great coverage. Their device will last the whole day without recharging, unlike other providers' units. This time I experienced some slower connection speeds in Hiroshima. I'm not sure what caused it. But Japan Wireless's devices usually have great connection speeds and reliability

Picking up the Wireless at Narita Terminal 2 and then Dropping it at the same Terminal. Instructions are clear and easy to follow with the return parcel being pre-filled. We were 2 travelers using it from Tokyo to Fujikawaguchi. The battery lasted all day with about 30% remaining at the end. Absolutely recommended and will recommend to anyone going to Japan!
