Everything worked perfectly: hassle-free collection, easy installation and trouble-free operation. Highly recommended.

Thank you, with your services we had an amazing experience in Japan

So happy that we choose for our 2 weeks trip in Japan, the Japan wireless. It arrived in our hotel and we return it easily at the airport. We had fast internet connection and the battery was enough for many hours. There was also a powerbank included in the package. So easy to use and we had all day in our bag. The price was ok for so many days.

I am very happy with the service. The Wireless Japan Pocket wifi worked at all times. Instructions were very clear. And I could start using it rigth away, as it was waiting for me in my first hotel at the airport.

This is the second time we've used a Pocket Wifi from Japan Wireless and it's been a great experience, it would even work in places like forests and mountains. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Very Good!Very useful!

This is the third rental of a pocket wifi from Japan Wireless in the past year and each time the transaction and the usage were without any issues.

Excellent service. I would recommend

We had a great experience with the WiFi. Thank you for including the additional battery pack. It definitely came in handy. Keep up the great job in the service you provide. Will definitely use again on our next visit.

Japan wireless made it so easy for me to use their mobile WiFi. They delivered it to my hotel with everything I needed plus an envelope for returning it back to them. It worked wonderfully and the price was affordable. I definitely recommend them!
