I recently traveled to Japan for 15 days and ordered the eSIM from Japan wireless. Such an easy process and I always had access to Wi-Fi. Previously I have used the pocket Wi-Fi when traveling with my family which was great. This time I was solo and the eSIM was perfect for this trip. I highly recommend and the price is very reasonable!!

My family and I recently completed at two week trip through Japan and this little device was amazing to have. It allowed us to use our phones to connect connect with family back home. Pick up was easy at the airport and drop off was just as easy. The device comes with a portable battery pack to keep you up and running throughout your day.

This is the second time dealing with Japan Wireless and they never disappoint me, I rented the modem and everything is amazing , easy receive and easy return process.

Thank you so much for your service

The whole process was very simple and easy. Having it delivered to our hotel for pick up when we arrived was very convenient. Mailing it at the end of our trip was also very convenient.

Was at the hotel when we arrived. Easy to use and return. Worked great!!!

Great signal cover , easy to use and to mail back device!

Recommended to any traveller!

This has been my go to wifi rental whenever I travel to Japan. Always through all these years, very reliable.

So easy to connect and work perfectly the entire trip

I did a mistake at the moment of choose the product I wanted, and I chose the pocket wifi and I really wanted eSIM, I requested my cancellation and the staff proceed accordingly. really great service.

Battery life was good. I was able to use it for around 12 or so hours. No real issues with it. Speed was good and rarely had any issues with the connectivity.
