Excellent service, optimal coverage

Pocket wifi in Japan is the way to go. (Note that we learned from a number of travellers were not able to obtain SIM cards for their mobiles while in Japan - simply unavailable - so we were so happy to have the pocket wifi). We found Japan Wireless unlimited wifi unbelievably convenient. Always had wifi. Especially great for more than one person since all can connect. Highly recommended.

Japan Wireless is so convinient when you need data in Japan. Easy to access and make a transaction with them. Until next time when I comeback in Japan.

We picked up the device at Narita. It looked like an older version, no screen with info, just a few leds to show charge level. But it connected and worked. Battery life was not great, about 4 - 5 hours only, but the package contained a charge battery. During our days in the Alps at Tsumago and Magome we had no connection at all, we contacted customer service as we thought the device was malfunctioning. CS responded very quickly. But when we got out of the Alps, connection was restored, so no need to return the device. Overall satisfactory, but be aware there are places where there is no connection.

Efficient delivery and return services! Perfect wireless coverage. Will definitely recommend!

Everything Perfect. The wi-fi works everywhere! I suggest this product.

It was our best friend during the journey across all sities! Thank you!

When you have multiple devices the pocket WiFi is the perfect option. The battery lasts more than 12 hours and in case you need it there’s an extra battery. Everything went super smooth thank to it

Everything was perfect!
We never lost our connection neither on the Nakasendo Trail!
Thanks a lot.

Hired for three weeks. Service was fantastic. Picked up at hotel and posted back at airport. So easy and worked everywhere we went.
Highly recommend.
