I rented a portable Wi-Fi device from Japan-Wireless for my trip, and it worked flawlessly. The device was easy to pick up at the airport, had excellent coverage throughout Tokyo and Kyoto, and the battery life lasted all day. Highly recommend for anyone traveling in Japan.

Easy pick up and returns. Clear instructions. Did not lose connection throughout our trip, despite traveling across provinces in Kyushu. Definitely our go to pocket wifi provider in Japan.

Great customer experience. Picked up portable wifi at Haneda airport and started using it right away. Worked without any issues in Tokyo, Kyoto, Hiroshima and Fukuoka. Easy return by dropping into postal box at airport. Would use again.

great service, everything was perfect

ive been using japan wireless in all my trips to japan. and i have no complaints. coverage is consistent and strong, battery life is more than adequate (they provide a spare battery pack) and their procedure is simple, from airport pick up to return. love it.

Used Japan wireless for the second time. The device was delivered at the hotel upon arrival. Everything worked great and it is very easy to return the device! Next time I will use Japan Wireless again!

Easy to find at the airport, easy to use and easy to send back
So a recommand

Extremely good product no problems whatsoever would highly recommend

I don’t think our trip would’ve gone as smooth as it did without you guys unlimited WiFi plan. Thank you. We will be sure to use your service again in the future.

Worked really great never had a issue with it
