Perfect wifi all over Japan.
Japan-Wireless is a well organised company. Easy to make a reservation, easy to use the device and easy to return.

Using Japan Wireless is PERFECT. The service my party and i received was perfect, great reception all over Japan, not just Tokyo but Kyoto, Osaka, Kamakura, etc. Hands down, the absolute best decision we made. Also the ease of use was fantastic since they handed us everything we needed, in English, to manage the device. It was so easy to start and connect multiple devices in a few minutes maximum. Thank you Japan Wireless and thanks to your business wifi hotspot, it made out trip truly 'connected' ;)

Convenient and reliable

Worked fine both in the subway and on the street.

Such a fantastic option to hire when in Japan. Having the wireless allowed us to utilise our phones to their capacity, with a lower cost than international roaming.
The convenience of the delivery to our hotel and dropping it back into the postbox on leave was another excellent factor.

Everything was great. Nice and easy pick up at the airport. Set up takes 30 seconds and good to go for the whole trip. 3 of us used the same WiFi for the whole trip and no problems. Battery lasts about 7-8 hours but they gave us the power bank.
We used it all the way back to the airport and dropped it off at the airport and airport WiFi took over.
No problems at all.

Very good Support with delivery to hotel and easy handling product

These units were great. used them in Tokyo and Kyoto. Never felt any drag and our phones stay connected almost all of the time. If we ever did lose connection we simply hit the settings button and it reset itself. I'm using these guys again next time. Thanks
