Efficient service and excellent connectivity. Convenience of returning the unit at the airport prior to departure.

Twice I've used japan wireless and it's been amazing each time. I did have a issue as the data provider toggled my connection as I used too much data in a day but 24hours later it was all back to normal (with a data sim card) still Highly recommend them and will use them every time I travel to japan.

Customer service is also excellent.

On our trip through Japan we were very happy to have a continuous stable connection for our internet devices. We definitely would order the same product again if we go back.

Very easy to set up. Good instructions and perfect servicie.
Our 2 SIMs worked well all time. Will repeat!

I'm a frequent user of Japan Wireless and I can also say that their service is simply great 360 degrees around. Keep up the good work.

Very satisfied with the product and service. Package was waiting for me our hotel on arrival as expected. Powerbank came in handy. Wifi coverage was excellent. Easy to drop off via the mail via the prepaid envelope. Recommended.

Very good internet providers. Just one downside that I cannot use the internet after 10 GB for 1 whole day. But after that is all good.

Aussie here! We purchased the pocket wifi for our 18 day 2024 Japan Trip and ohhhh my god it was amazing! Fast speed, long battery life AND it came with a portable charger just in case. We had two devises connected to it with no issue. Loaded google maps fast and our social media never lagged when I was uploading pictures everyday. Pick Up was in the airport and Drop Off was at the nearest post office so that made things super easy. 100% recommend for your next Japan holiday.

I’m very happy with Japan Wireless service and product

Lasted all day while using google maps all the time. Highly recommend.
