Worked very well for us

I found very easy to use it and it worked perfectly! I'm very satisfied!

Never had a problem with Japan Wireless

We used it last year also but this year, I noticed the battery lasted longer. May be because it was a newer model? It was delivered to our first hotel and I dropped it off in the mail box at the airport, very easy. We will rent it again next year.

Totally reliable cellular service. Pickup at the airport was easy. Setup was easy thanks to the manual and sim ejector. We went to 4 prefectures and several cities, never did we experience a bad connection or data limit. I highly recommend Japan Wireless.

At Narita airport , place as very difficult to find. February was much better.Plug when charging turn very hot. I used mine. It happened often.

I had no problems during my trip and I had internet during all days and the powerbank helped a lot. The cost/benefit for me was perfect!
I had some difficult to find the place to get the wi fi, but japanense people are so polite and helped me to find it.
The battery lasted all day most of the time. But it used to take a long time to recharge the battery.
And it was very easy to return the wifi.
