Easy to use, easy to pick up from the airport too, took it everywhere with us! Even had an awesome battery pack for on the go.

Always worked amazing we loved it!

We got a pocket WiFi to use as a family for our two week stay in Japan, and it consistently worked well for us across the country. The instructions provided by Japan Wireless were easy to understand and everything went smoothly.

Very good and helpful the only issue was at times it became a bit hot.

Definitely a must when going to Japan. It worked everywhere even in the metros. It was easy to use and set up.

We reserved and used this for our 2 week stay for 4 people. It was a little glitchy at times in the beginning, but we never called for service and we were able to resolve it (possibly user error). When we did have an issue, customer service was quick to respond by email and on the phone. They provided tips and options to make it work. In then end it worked out really well we were able to stay connected during our trip. Satisfied and would use them again on future trips.

Better than I expected. Excellent coverage, speed and capacity. We had 3 users accessing at the same time with no problems.

All perfect. I didn't have any problems during the trip and the SIM arrived on time even though I booked late! I highly recommend it!
